What you'll do:

Bring brands to life: Lead the development and evolution of captivating brand identities that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure consistent rollout: Expertly roll out brand identities across a diverse range of online and offline touchpoints, maintaining visual harmony and impact.
Guide and inspire: Brief, support, and review colleague designers working on the implementation of your designs, whether for websites or packaging, ensuring precision and adherence to brand guidelines.
Champion detail and consistency: Apply your strong eye for detail and consistency to every project, guaranteeing brand integrity across all assets.
Communicate and manage: Utilize your communication skills and a solid understanding of project timing and budget to deliver exceptional design solutions efficiently.

What you bring:

At least 3 years of expertise in brand design.
A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to create and implement compelling brand identities.
Proficiency in rolling out brand guidelines across various digital and print mediums.
Experience in guiding and providing constructive feedback to other designers.
An unwavering commitment to detail and a keen understanding of design consistency.
Excellent communication - both in Dutch and English - and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

What you'll do:

Lead the visual narrative: Utilize your broad expertise in both product and lifestyle photography to create compelling imagery that aligns with diverse visual styles.
Own the creative process: Take charge of shoot preparation from start to finish, including location scouting, model and prop selection, script development, and shotlist creation.
Embrace AI: Leverage various AI technologies as tools to achieve truly exceptional and unique visual results.
Champion aesthetics: Apply your sharp eye for detail and and aesthetics to ensure every image is meticulously crafted and visually impactful.
Collaborate and communicate: Be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, working seamlessly with our in-house teams.

What you bring:

Proven experience in a wide range of photography, encompassing both product and lifestyle.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to adapt to different visual styles.
Expertise in planning and executing photoshoots from concept to completion.
Familiarity with and an interest in utilizing AI tools for image creation and enhancement.
An impeccable sense of aesthetics and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Excellent communication - both in Dutch and English - and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in graphic design is an extra added value.
