Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Development (or equivalent).
Have 0 to 2 years of experience (a strong graduation project or a relevant internship absolutely counts!).
Sketch smoothly and expressively, using it as your primary thinking tool.
Are familiar with 3D software such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks (and understand the basics of technical drawings).
Have a sharp eye for aesthetics and a genuine curiosity about how things are made.
Are not afraid to pioneer with AI design tools (prior experience is a big plus).
Are a strong communicator: you can clearly articulate your design choices and actively use feedback to improve.
